# How do I complete my Heart Health Lifestyle Assessment?

On the home page, click on the **Your Lifestyle** menu item. From here, click or tap on the **Get started** button on the Heart Health Lifestyle assessment card to start the assessment.

Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete the assessment.
